By purchasing or accessing any digital products, videos, memberships, or educational content from Lilia Alvarado Photography LLC, you agree to the following terms.

All content is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-shareable, revocable license for personal or limited professional use only. Ownership is not transferred.

You may NOT share, resell, gift, copy, download, screen-record, screenshot, upload, embed, or distribute any content in any form. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized distribution is a serious legal violation and will be prosecuted.

Access is granted only after full payment is received and cleared. One user per account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation without refund.

Purchases do NOT include private mentoring, coaching, feedback, or group access unless clearly stated in writing as part of a separate offer.

Digital tools may only be installed on devices owned by the purchaser. Final client images must be delivered in flattened, non-editable formats. Digital tools may not be resold or redistributed.

When you access and use any educational content, digital products, workshops, webinars, or recordings offered by Lilia Alvarado Photography LLC, you acknowledge and agree that no specific results are guaranteed.

Each individual’s progress and outcome will vary based on personal skill level, experience, practice, creative ability, and application of the techniques taught. We make no promises or guarantees regarding artistic growth, technical mastery, client results, business success, or creative outcomes.

During your learning experience with Lilia Alvarado Photography LLC, we may occasionally recommend products, software, or services. Some of these recommendations may include affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through those links — at no additional cost to you. Any affiliate relationship will always be clearly disclosed.

Regardless of any affiliation, we only recommend products and services that we personally use, trust, or believe may be beneficial to our students. However, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any third-party products, software, services, customer support, performance, or outcomes. All purchases, subscriptions, and usage of third-party products are made at your own discretion and risk.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

All digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and downloads are non-refundable and non-transferable. Chargebacks will result in immediate termination of access.

You are responsible for backing up your files. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted files. Re-downloads may be granted at our discretion with valid proof of purchase.

All content is protected under U.S. Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Law, and DMCA regulations. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Lilia Alvarado Photography LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, income loss, or business interruption related to the use of this content.
