SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Your Fine Art print orders are custom printed, and every print is carefully checked before shipping, packaged professionally, and fully insured to ensure your order arrives undamaged. Prints and product orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping times typically range from 2 to 7 business days. An oversized shipping fee is charged on any print size 30x40 or larger.
- Due to shipping company requirements, deliveries must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. All damaged packages must be reported within the delivery time mark. No exceptions. Please contact us via email at [email protected] We must have pictures of the following to replace the damaged item: damaged packaging, damaged contents, and the shipping label on the outside of the package. If a package reads delivered through your tracking number but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors. This is often the quickest way to locate your package. Otherwise, please contact the shipping provider. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in lost packages, and a claim must be filed by the customer.
- Unlike physical products, your Digital Purchase grants you immediate access. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a download link directly to your email. Please make sure to check your spam and other folders.
- Content Streaming Account access will be granted the day the full payment is received, and our system approves your account. Our system must clear E-checks/PayPal payments; the waiting period applies. Please check the email associated with the payment option. After your account has been approved, you may access the content by LOGGING IN and clicking on "My Account."
